By purchasing or using Canyon Metrics products, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't complete your purchase.

1. What you're buying

Canyon Metrics sells digital Excel-based financial modeling tools ("the Product") designed for small architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms. The Product is delivered as an instant digital download upon purchase.

2. License

When you purchase the Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it within your own firm. You may:

• Customize the Product for your firm's internal use
• Make copies for internal backup or use across your own entities

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Product with other businesses or individuals outside your firm
• Repackage or rebrand the Product for resale
• Claim the Product as your own original work if redistributed in any form

3. Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Access to the Product is granted immediately upon successful payment.

4. Refunds

Because this is an instant digital download, all sales are final. If the file is corrupted, the wrong version was delivered, or formulas are broken due to an error on our part, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a fix or refund. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

5. No professional advice

The Product is a financial modeling tool, not professional financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Canyon Metrics is not a licensed CPA, financial advisor, or attorney. You are responsible for verifying that the Product's calculations, assumptions, and outputs are accurate and appropriate for your firm's specific situation before relying on them for business decisions. We strongly recommend having your accountant or controller review the model's outputs before using them for financial reporting, tax filings, or compensation decisions.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond general use as a financial modeling template. While every formula is tested before release, spreadsheet software can behave differently across versions of Excel or Google Sheets, and you are responsible for verifying outputs in your own environment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canyon Metrics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Intellectual property

The Product, including all formulas, structure, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Canyon Metrics. Your purchase grants a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying work.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
